“ The service was excellent, they cut the noodles for our naengmyeon and they cut our galbijjim was which excellent. Would go back again, maybe will try the KBBQ next time. ”
“ The service here is great! My family got the galbijjim and the waiter was amazing and cut the meat pretty cleanly off the bone for us! Not to mention the dish itself was delicious and the meat super tender. I got the mul-naengmyeon and although it is different from what I'm used to was still very good, definitely sweeter than the usual. Can't wait to try the kbbq here next time! ”
“ Excellent Korean bbq. Comes with full range of sides to complement your meat choices. Staff is very gracious and attentive. This is a fantastic place for a group dinner, we tried the beef combo option A and it was more than enough food for the 5 of us dining. For appa, the chicken wings are excellent as were the stuffed clams and the egg soufflé. The restaurant as a nice layout and interior. They serve only NJ made wines so if you're particular on wine, BYOB. Highly recommend! ”
“ I was in the area for work and met up with my brother for lunch. I had never been here before and we were looking for soemthing that we don't get to go to together very often, so we opted for Korean BBQ. We started with the Mandu which is pan fird beef shor rib dumplings, which were free because of yelp! yey! I ordered the Beef Set A, which included 4 different meats including the Kalbi which is always one of my favorites, even though all were very good. I also got cheesy corn and den jang chige, which is a stew, for our sides. One of the interesting surpsies was that our server actually took care of the cooking for us. That was a nice surprise. ”
“ We are very happy there is solid Korean BBQ restaurant in the area. The short ribs were delicious, the seafood scallion pancake was light and fluffy with a nice portion of mixed seafood in it. The soups were very tasty as well. Can't wait to go back and do full on BBQ! The service was top notch as well. They are all so very nice, and we loved the open space of the restaurant with the cute Christmas ambiance. ”
“ I'd give this a 4.5 if I could. The food is great. The ambience is amazing. The prices are $$$$$$ and they have a minimum of two orders of meat when you do BBQ. I was so disappointed with this new policy I found a new place to go for Korean food. I'm not the only one I know who is seeking other options now. I kept it at 4 stars brocade if you all want BBQ and it's a special occasion it's nice. ”
“ Gorgeous setting. Lunch menu does not skimp - you definitely get a full meal. Grape aid is yummy and all dishes were spot on. Attentive staff - really liked this spot! ”
“ Me and my 3 co-workers came here on a weekday for lunch. They open at 11:30AM which was perfect for us - and we were the only ones to be there for a while until lunch "rush hour" started. We ordered several dishes from their lunch menu special, and everything was super delicious. The experience was somewhat soured by the fact that our server seemed a bit confused and didn't bring the right dish, even though I was the first to place an order in our group. However, another staff was super kind and helpful, therefore able to remediate the overall lunch experience. While I wanted to try Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap, I was brought regular Bi Bim Bap - it was tasty regardless, just not in a sizzling stone bowl like I was eager to try (that's the main difference between the two dishes). My colleagues had Bok Kum Bap (fried rice), Kimchi Chige (Kimchi soup) and Gook Su Bokum (noodles with veggies & choice of protein); we also ordered Ssam Buns for the table to share (and that was my favorite!). Whilst this place is on a seemingly busy street, there's ample parking in the back of the building. Entrance is still only through the front of the street. Since we really enjoyed the food - and the pricing appeared reasonable, at least for the lunch specials - we do consider coming back here to try something next next time. ”
“ My friends and I had an entirely delicious meal at Woodam. We selected the bulgogi beef, which is drenched in a delicious marinade, and the chicken, which is served with fried garlic and grilled onion. We ordered the spicy variants of both proteins, but any spice was definitely mild. We polished off the banchan and 3 dishes of the miso paste between the three of us. We also asked for the squid appetizer - it's a crisp, light breading and has a noticeable spice profile, unlike our proteins. Since one of our proteins was chicken, the server cooked it for us. But they also then cooked the bulgogi without asking us if we wanted to ourselves. My party was exhausted after an atypically long work week - maybe we were giving off vibes - but they should've asked. As a party of 3, the server pushed us to order 3 proteins. I'm glad we went with just 2. The plentiful side plates help fill you up, and we ordered the app too. It was also someone's birthday, so the servers played loud music in the dining room, which disrupted our meal. Be prepared to spend roughly $50 a person if you go for the on-table BBQ experience. They do offer a la carte plates if you're not up for family-style eating. On a Friday night at 6:30, we waited 20 minutes after arrival to be seated. ”
“ Tasty Korean BBQ spot in a more modern, upscale setting. We got the beef set A for 2 with a side of Kimchi Jjigae and hot-stone bibimbap. Everything was elegantly plated. Galbi and Prime rib were grilled carefully by our waitress and were cooked just right to a medium. Kimchi Jjigae was a tad salty and lacked some depth, otherwise the other stew sides were solid! I have to disagree with a few of the other reviews I saw before visiting -- I appreciated the extremely attentive service whether that was for tea, Banchan, or offers to pour out each of our stews. The cinnamon ginger drink offered at the end was perfect to wrap up the meal. ”
